These are some sounds I’ve plucked from old harddrives or selected from finished pieces. Some have been realized, polished, composed while others are just snapshots from over the years.
Many of the pieces of audio here, at least the parts I remember and revisit, have no place to go. They are just sounds from my catalogue that I return to sometimes. Like this one… of a woman talking about a UFO crash site that she wanted to visit near her hometown in central China.
There are also pieces of audio like these, snapshots taken over the years and moments I decided to stop to capture. Goats grazing on the side of a road; Waves pushing pebbles around a beach; A woman looking for birds she can’t see; Winding a grandfather clock. These sounds have a focal point.
These sounds are clips, selects, moments from creative compositions and features.
This is a composition and its parts. Three moments separated by years and distance. The lyrics hyper-focused on stutters on confusion and trying to find their rhythm.
