Migraines & Tsunamis is a reflection on my own experience with debilitating migraines, the cycles of pain, the warning signs and the knowledge that the experience is shared by so many people. It’s a way of surveying these deeply personal experiences that are shared – in isolation – by lots of people in a lot of different situations.
